In September of 2009, my wife and I decided to travel to Italy. This would be our first trip to Europe and we were leaving in two months. We had a lot to learn in a compressed time period. Yes, we were a little nervous.

Fortunately, we were introduced to Kristin. After a few conversations and emails, our concerns evaporated.  Kristin's intimate knowledge of the cities we were visiting was awesome. This lead to perfect hotel recommendations (locations, price and amenity level), restaurant suggestions and unique locations to visit (things you do not find in guide books).  She also provided international travel tips and an overview of Italian customs (do's and dont's). 

 

Our first trip to Europe, specifically Italy, was enhanced by Kristin's knowledge.  Not to mention, a strong comfort level / peace of mind before we left home. Since our 2009 trip, we have used Kristin's services for a return trip to Italy, two trips to Paris and a London trip.
